My husband and I went to Riverbend for body work on our car. Emily looked at pics of the car and gave me an accurate estimate without me even needing to come in! They were the quickest to respond and by far the most helpful out of all the places I called for an estimate. They also were the most flexible when it came to choosing what we wanted to get done since the car was so smashed up. After the first estimate was too high for us since it included making the car look brand new again, they worked with us and gave us a new estimate we could afford that just got the car back to legal driving status. Either way, both estimates were lower than any other place! I would recommend them to anyone, they did such a great job and I could tell that they really wanted to help us, and save us as much money as possible. We will definitely be going back to them again if we ever need to!

Great body shop! Highly recommend! Iv'e used them a few times, prices are competitive but normal. Staff is very very friendly, they keep you up to date on progress or anything that may change. They work with you on payments if needed. All in all, my favorite body shop I will always bring my vehicles here.

Riverbend Automotive has been key in keeping our older car in working condition. When it was hit recently while parked on the street, there was damage done to the front bumper and radiator. Riverbend towed the car and coordinated its repair with the insurance company. I worked with Emily along the way and she was a true rock star! In fact, when I couldn't get in to pick up the car, she offered to have it delivered to my home. It was one of the best consumer experiences that I've had in a long time.
